Manifesting your life together during your 30’s (4/4)2 min read

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Sometimes you don’t get want you want, because you deserve better.

30. Fasting

We have posted a blog, during Ramadan:

Benefits of fasting

PS: If you need to qodr days you couldn’t fast during Ramadan, sun comes up around six and goes down around five 🤍 and if you (women) looking for someone to spend iftar with… 🙋🏻‍♀️

31. Invest

You can’t become a millionaire with just one income. We all have 24 hours in a day, spend it wisely to generate multiple income.

32. Time management and energy

Time is created by humans. We can spend it better if we know where your energy goes.

40 minutes schedule 4 minutes breaks: A rule to stop doing what you are doing and take time to breath, drink or just chill for 4 minutes. Mindfullness helps us to live in the present moment.

33. One minute rule

No f*cking excuses, we are going to own everything we deserve now. This rule gives yourself one minute to actual do the task you’ve planned doing.

34. Delegate

Perfectionist can be a blessing and a curse. By understanding yourself more with a swot analysis you can discover your weaknesses or threats and try to delegate does chorus and create more time for yourself.

35. Balance

Balance is everything with smart goals.

Specific: Your goals must be clear and well-defined.

Measurable: Label precise amounts and dates. For example, if you want to reduce expenses, what amount do you want to reduce them to?

Attainable: Your goals have to be achievable. If they’re too difficult, you’ll lose motivation.

Relevant: Your goals should be aligned with where you want to get to and what you want to do.

Time-bound: Set yourself a deadline for your goals. Deadlines force you to get things done, and not procrastinate.

34. Do a job test or start a course to finesse your market value

Is this the job you like? Or is it easy money? As there are more vacancies than people looking for jobs. Now is the right time, to search for your passion. Turn your hobby into work and you don’t have to work a single day of your life.

36. Complaining moment

We all complain and nag. Schedule a moment each day where you are allowed to complain. You’re human, not a robot. So give yourself this time, but get back on track right after this.

37. Live your life to the fullest

Live the life how you want it to, you only live once, but if you are lucky like me, maybe even twice.

38. Spiritual cleanse

As I’m religious. We have methods to cleanse yourself with a religious method. Rukiyah, cuppings and there are many more ways.

If you don’t have anything, Alhamdulillah, it was a cleanse with the words of God. If there is, you’ll know.

39. Wanna know what you really care about?

Ask yourself, if tomorrow is your last day what would you do?

40. Mentor

It’s all easy to plan to do all of these things, but we all know it’s easier said than done.

Find a mentor who keeps your goals on track.

Here some extras tips, cuz I like to give more than you expect

41. Declutter

Let go of things that no longer serves you. You’ve been caring this weight for maybe too long and sometimes unconsciously. Confront your fears and define them.

42. Things you should not wear after 30

The weight of other people.

43. Volunteering

Have some spare time left? The gratitude you’ll receive through volunteering and to see that smile after spending time with them, is worth it.

44. Pray / Doa

God can hear all of us. The power of doa works in mysterious ways. And if you are reading this, We pray for you. May Allah swt grand all your wishes on duniya and ease your path towards Djennah.

Hope you can pick one tip to focus on this week and let us know how it goes.
