As you are going through your daily activities, time passes by so fast. As Drake said, “Everybody dies, but not everybody lives“. We don’t know about you, but we choose to be alive. Grounding, or earthing, is a therapeutic technique that contacts the human body by involving activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the surface earth. You’ll become more aware of the present moment.

If you are not familiar with grounding, it might sound so simple. It is. Try it! We highly recommend it, to add this in your daily routine and it only takes a few minutes. 

Breath. Name five things you can see.

Breath. Four things you can touch.

Breath. Three things you can hear.

Breath. Two things you can smell.

Breath. One thing you can taste.
