Mindfulness in combination with the right mindset.
Our strength of mind plays a major role in how successfully we do something. When we are mindful in what we are doing, we can “stop” time en enjoy our present moment, while working on our goals. My motto is: If it’s meant to be, it will find its way.

Self love
Its a lifetime journey to explore yourself and has no end. The good parts you own, but also your flaws. The love you give to others is the love you deserve as well.

Make it a top priority to pay off your debts as soon as possible. When I received the mail from DUO that my study loan was paid off, it felt so good.

Start saving at least 10% of your salary every month.

As an entrepreneur you are responsible for your own 401 K (Pension). Start putting money aside for the days when you have achieved enough passive income, so you can actually sit back and relax.

Time to cut ties with old habits. You can fill the blanks yourself, as i don’t know you personally. Here are some examples; Smoking, not exercising nor enough sleep.

Exercise
Get that endorphin boost up. Exercise can improve your brain health, help manage weight, strengthen you muscle and bones and help improve your ability to do everyday activity. Learn to say ‘NO’
to activities and obligations that don’t bring value to your life and can keep you off track of your goals. This can be family members, friends’ work or even yourself. Don’t get me wrong. If I receive a phone call, that someone is dying, I’ll be there of course. Find balance

Focus
Stop trying to be great in everything and start focusing on only one or two things you can do really well. Have a focus on one thing helps us de-stress, bring more attention to your work, in less time.
10. Therapy
By now you have carried a baggage, its nice to have someone to hear you out, but with a professional view and guideline. Our surroundings tempt to talk based on their own experiences or moral and values. And lets be honest, we are all unique and carry feelings and emotions differently.
