Manifesting your life during your 30’s (2/4)2 min read

Reading Time: 3 minutes

You might not be able to change this world, but you can change the way you choose to see the world. (2/4)

11.Skincare routine

For starters before going to bed if you don’t take showers at night. Wash your face, brush your teeth etc. Schedule your pedi- manicure, hair salon appointment, massage or sauna at least once every season !

Drink at least 1.5 liter water per day. I also like to take vitamines season accordingly. A little more of vitamine D in the fall and winter as there is less sun for example.

I’m Asian and I’ve been using Zwitsal body lotion for my face, I know, not even a face cream haha when I turned 30 my sister bought a skincare set from Yoa skin. Although most people estimate i’m in my the twenties, I am getting older so I should take care of my skin. Yoa skin is the best definitely would recommend it. Because I’ve been using it for a year now and hello GLOW !

Cleanser, moisturiser, serum and a sunblock.

11. Inner-circle

And i’m not talking about the friends you have or the environment, but the circle or influence. You can’t control a situation out of you inner circle, but you can choose how you react to it.

12. Inner child

What are your flaws you not proud off, and how are they created? Why do you feel this way? Is it still valid or are you hanging on old wounds. Thoughts can lead to emotions, if their are negative, your emotion will become negative. Did you know? We can control them. We just choose not to.

13. Sixth Sense

We all have them. Intuition is that inner voice that is telling you it’s good or not with logic and reasoning what suits you best. The more we ignore it, the weaker it becomes and you end up with making the wrong choices. Learn to listen more to your gut and you will experience something, which I can describe as magic.

14. Sabr

Rome isn’t build in one day, celebrate mini progress along the way and (sabr) be patient. If you learn to manage this, you can build you own kinda Rome called life.

15. Gratitude

Our brains are hard wired to spot threats and magnify danger as a protective mechanism. As we no longer live in a world where we have to live in fear of our lives, that hard wiring still exists, but instead of real life danger, it magnifies anything it perceives as negative.

We’re much more likely to pay attention to negative comments, be drawn to bad news, worry about what could go wrong instead of focusing on what could go right. It takes active work to rewire our thoughts to notice the good in our lives. Through gratitude we appreciate the little things in life, while working on our goals.

16. Journal

The best way the express yourself is without being judged. Best way to heal your trauma, reconnect with your inner child and read back your journal to remind yourself where you are right now and have accomplished. Be kind to yourself, look from where you’ve come and still standing

17.Define your values and create a personal mission statement

Who are you? Where do you stand for? Take a note and stand still at this moment and start writing.

If you want to know mine, send me an email and ill tell you mine. Book a consult and we can work on yours.

18. Knowledge is power

Scheduled 40 minute a day to keep your brain working. Read a book. Reading broadens your mind, increases your vocabulary and keeps your brain sharp. Listen to podcast if you don’t like to read. On the way to work, while exercising or cleaning.

19. Declutter

Let go of things that no longer serves you. You’ve might been caring this weight to long and is unconsciously. Confront your fears and  define them.

20.Donate

This can be in all sort of ways. Money is the most obvious. You might have old clothes laying around what you are not wearing anymore, but can be a great value for another or invite a friend in need to eat. Islam says; Smile, its sunnah. So even if you have nothing to give, a smile can be a donation as wel.

Hope I have inspired you with these tips and more to come !

With loveeeee,

The FO-UR Team

Trouble with my name? Don’t worry, you’re certainly not the only one. I respond to Natrah. A globetrotter who has changed her dreams into goals, is eager to learn and turns her passion into work so she doesn’t have to “work” a single day.

The graditude thing is something I will really try to remember! Such a good point that we are wired to be attentive to danger and bad things even if we no longer have to in that extent
